Best Laptops under 700$: Best Value for Office & Gaming
Notebooks, laptops and convertibles – fewer and fewer private users still buy a desktop PC. But what requirements must a good notebook actually meet, especially the best laptop under 700 Dollar?
PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse: What makes a computer was clearly defined for years.
But mobile computers have long since overtaken desktop PCs in the private sector – and are putting buyers in a difficult decision-making position because of the diversity of their concepts.
Anyone who buys a notebook without first thinking about its primary purpose runs the risk of getting the wrong device for the way he works.
15 inch or smaller for the best laptops under 700 Dollar?
If the notebook is used almost exclusively at home, a 15 or 17 inch laptop is the best choice.
But these devices are also relatively heavy and therefore not easy to transport.
Those who use their notebook mainly on the road should therefore make sure that the weight does not exceed 4 lbs. and the screen diagonal does not exceed 14 inches.
How much SSD memory?
Most manufacturers offer their notebooks in different memory variants.
Here, however, the price difference can be very large – which is why it can also be worthwhile to get a device with 256 GB memory, for example, and invest additional money in an external hard drive.
Even when on the move, the mass storage device should be at least 256 GB in size and ideally designed as an SSD.
In our best laptop under 700 Dollar in this ranking you can even find a 512GB SSD inside.
As a lower limit for the battery life, the experts give 7.5 hours when playing videos (the manufacturers often calculate the maximum runtime with continuous video playback).
Test Results: Best Laptops under 700$
Best Laptop under 700$: ASUS ZenBook 13
- Powerful performance
- High-quality metal case
- IPS display
- High display brightness
- No Thunderbolt 3
Best performing among the best laptops under 700 Dollar
The current Zenbook 13 not only convinces with outstanding performance values, but also with an elegant design and an aluminium body.
Moreover, manufacturer Asus has managed to keep the case’s overall height very slim:
Thus, the device only reaches 0.8 inches at its thickest point when the display is closed.
Overall, the dimensions amount to 12.5 inches in width and about 8.5 inches in depth.
The thin notebook reaches a total weight of only 2.5 lbs. Thus, it is one of the lightest notebooks in our best list of best laptops under 700 Dollar.
Similar to the HP ProBook 430 G6, Asus should have made the plastic frame around the display of its Zenbook even narrower in order to make the notebook look even more stylish.
The large multi-touchpad reacts pleasantly fast and supports all common finger gestures, so that you can work quickly and efficiently on the go.
Even the mouse pointer stays in place when one of the two mouse button contacts is triggered.
The same high quality is delivered by the keyboard, which has more than adequate stroke length and provides a very pleasant resistance, so you get excellent key feedback.
For this reason, the keyboard is also perfectly suited for writing longer texts. Excellent keyboard for the best laptop under 700 Dollar.
Excellent performance, but modest features
The heart of the Asus Zenbook 13 is a powerful Intel Core i5-8265U of the Whiskey Lake generation.
This four-core processor was specially developed for notebooks and ultra-books and not only ensures sufficient power but also long battery life.
In standard mode, the processor works at 1.6 GHz, but in turbo mode it clocks up to 3.9 GHz.
On the one hand, the Intel UHD Graphics 620 integrated in the processor is used as the graphics solution, and on the other, an Nvidia Geforce MX 150 is used for more complex tasks.
The latter has 2 GB of dedicated graphics memory.
This graphics card solution offers more performance than the internal Intel UHD 620, but games like Battlefield 5, GTA V or The Witcher 3 can only be played with it to a limited extent.
But as the best laptop under 700 Dollar the gaming performance is pretty good.
However, this extra performance has a positive effect on image editing, among other things.
Intel’s UHD Graphics 620, on the other hand, doesn’t have its own graphics memory, but taps the 8 GBytes of RAM when needed.
Unfortunately, this cannot be expanded.
Asus provides you with an SSD with a memory volume of 512 GBytes for the data.
This should be sufficient for most applications and also provides enough speed when booting the Windows system.
Unfortunately, savings were made in the connectivity options.
For example, you look in vain for a display port.
For this you have the possibility to connect an external monitor or beamer to the notebook via HDMI.
You’ll find two USB 3.0 type-A ports and one USB-C 3.0 port in the USB ports.
You’ll also look in vain for a separate Gigabit LAN port.
However, this can be retrofitted with the included USB 3.0 adapter to RJ45 plugs.
The device offers the 802.11ac standard for WLAN connections.
Bluetooth devices in version 4.2 can be paired with the notebook. Moreover, the Asus Zenbook 13 has a micro SDXC card reader.
You can connect a headset via a combo port for microphone/headphones.
And Asus relies on Windows 10 Pro for the operating system, making the best laptop under 700 Dollar very user-friendly.
Strong battery life and a decent display
The Asus Zenbook 13 delivers excellent battery life in terms of mobility.
In our test, this even turns out significantly better than in our current top device, the HP ProBook 430 G6.
Thus, the notebook lasts for about 7 hours and 24 minutes in office mode, while it even provides over 11 hours of battery life when playing videos. These are both outstanding values.
The display measures 13.3 inches and has a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels in Full HD.
The maximum brightness was measured at 247.5 candelas per square meter and thus turns out a bit too dark.
A value of more than 300 candelas would have been desirable in order to better compensate for possible light reflections.
Also the chessboard contrast of 188:1 is at best average.
But the viewing angle stability is absolutely ok for our best laptop under 700 Dollar.
And also the color space coverage, which is 93.6 percent in the sRGB range and 74.2 percent in the AdobeRGB segment, is more than satisfactory for a notebook under 1,000 Dollar and can be seen.
All in all, the excellent performance rates and the strong battery life paired with the favorable price of around 900 Dollar ensure that the Asus Zenbook 13 secures one of the top positions in our notebook best list.
For eight years, the Zenbook brand has stood for high-quality ultrabooks for private use.
They compete with the likewise design-strong flagships from Dell (XPS), HP (Spectre), Lenovo (Yoga), Acer (Swift) and recently also from Huawei (Matebook).
The “normal” Zenbooks address the upper middle class, the S-series romps around in the premium segment.
We sent the new Zenbook S13 with the additional designation to the test lab.
The starting price is already at a proud 700 Dollar; the manufacturer, Asus, demands 1799 Dollar in the tested configuration with a higher quality configuration.
The new Nobel Ultrabook shows the case design typical for Zenbooks: The surface consists of CNC-milled aluminum with the distinctive circular brushing on the display lid.
Even after opening, the noble Taiwanese presents itself in its usual form.
Compared to the other best laptops under 700 Dollar special features include the linear grain, the somewhat unconventional keyboard layout with the small arrow and enter keys, the large touchpad with integrated fingerprint sensor and the characteristic Ergolift hinge that automatically tilts the keyboard into an ergonomic typing position.
Almost borderless display
Asus has managed the feat of integrating a 13.9 inch screen into a case with the typical dimensions of a 13 incher with the successor of the UX391 model.
The screen-to-body ratio has established itself as a good measure for the compactness of notebooks; it describes the ratio of the display size to the entire device surface.
And this is at an incredible 97 percent in the Zenbook S13 and thus tops everything that has ever been seen before.
We owe another interesting detail to the extremely narrow display edge of 2.5 millimeters: a kind of notch for the webcam, which wouldn’t have had room without this bulge.
The slight protrusion contributes to the fact that the folded device can be opened especially easily.
In view of the best laptop under 700 Dollar’s slimness, we were also heavily impressed by the display lid’s extraordinary stability with its continuous glass surface.
Concentrated graphic power
The fact that Asus has found room for a dedicated graphics card in the compact case further strengthens the positive impression.
According to the manufacturer, the Zenbook S13 is even the slimmest laptop ever equipped with an Nvidia Geforce MX150.
Together with the powerful quad-core Intel Core i7-8565U processor and a full 16 GB main memory, our test device gathers a computing power that is unparalleled in this form factor.
In any case, the Ultrabook earns itself an outstanding verbal note in the test category performance with the maximum possible score.
The fact that the fans are discreetly restrained even under load is also worth mentioning.
Let’s get to the subject of connectivity:
There are a total of three USB ports on the side surfaces – two of them in the modern type C format.
These are also responsible for connecting a monitor or beamer.
Additionally, there is a card reader and the obligatory audio jack. The Thunderbolt 3 standard is just as little supported as LTE, though.
Excellent equipment for our best laptop under 700 Dollar
Asus is very busy with the data storage because the rapidly working SSD can be written with a complete terabyte of data.
This is by no means a matter of course even in the mobile upper class.
The display is also convincing, as the 13.9 inch screen shines extremely brightly – whereby we didn’t measure the maximum in the middle of the screen as usual, but at the bottom right edge.
The mobile computer also scores plus points for the slim power supply unit, which weighs only about 200 grams – in other manufacturers the charging cables often weigh more than twice as much – and the practical protective cover that comes as standard.
As with most like our best laptops under 700 Dollar, the sound is no revelation due to the limited resonance body, especially since it radiates to the underside.
Solid endurance compared to the other best laptops under 700 Dollar
However, there is one big downer that spoils the premium notebook’s overall result in the end:
A battery life of almost seven hours would have been considered a good to very good value a few years ago.
In comparison to the current competition, which meanwhile lasts 15 hours and longer without recharging, the elegant Asus Ultrabook has clearly fallen behind.
That’s a pity insofar as the Zenbook S13 would have left all other premium Ultrabooks behind in the connect-best list without considering the endurance values.
Verdict: Best performing among the best laptops under 700 Dollar
The Asus Zenbook 13 could fully convince us in the test and not only delivers excellent performance rates, but can also score with a good display and outstanding battery life in both video and office mode.
Manufacturer Asus could have been a bit more generous only in the configuration.
Second Best Laptop under 700$: Acer Swift 3
- Best price-performance ratio
- Good input devices
- Solid chassis
- Good performance
- Memory not expandable
Best price-performance ratio among the best laptops under 700 Dollar
Acer Swift – the manufacturer’s somewhat more noble mainstream series – leaves a high-quality impression both haptically and visually.
The case of the Acer Swift 3 is made of a magnesium-aluminum alloy, the notebook turns out very light with 2.5 lbs. and is still sufficiently stable.
You’d expect a 13.3 inch display at this weight, but in fact it’s even a 14 inch display.
It has a Full-HD resolution (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) and is still sufficient with 252 cd/m², although not excessively bright.
A matt display surface at least helps to reduce annoying reflections.
A viewing angle stable IPS panel is built in, which means you don’t always have to be perfectly centered in front of the device to get a good picture.
Unfortunately, the color reproduction is not very vivid: A coverage of the sRGB color space of only 67 percent means pale colors.
Despite the low weight and small case dimensions, no mini-battery is built in.
This offers 48 watt hours and can supply the device with power for over 9 hours of video playback and 5 hours of productive work, which is a great result compared to the other tested best laptops under 700 Dollar.
Acer Swift 3: Blocking instead of spilling memory
Whilst other notebooks are equipped with 128 or 256 gigabytes of mass storage, the Acer Swift 3 SF314-57-58VL, which we tested, is equipped with an impressive 1,024 gigabytes.
The sheer size has another advantage:
The SSD is one of the fastest in our bestseller list compared to the best laptops under 700 Dollar.
Added to this are 8 gigabytes of RAM and a cutting-edge processor:
The Intel Core i5-1035G1 belongs to the tenth generation and is codenamed Ice Lake.
The advantages over older processor generations are mainly in the graphics performance, the ax-WLAN standard and the simple support of USB-C with Thunderbolt.
In addition to the USB-C port, the device also offers two classic type A sockets, one in the old 2.0 version and one with the faster 3.0 standard.
Positive: Although Thunderbolt can already output a video signal via an adapter (not included), the device still offers a full-fledged HDMI port for connecting a TV or monitor.
Further plus points are the fingerprint reader and the two-stage, white keyboard illumination.
What the device lacks is an SD card reader and RJ-45 (wired network connection).
The bottom line is that the offered performance is great for the money, making it the price-performance ratio winner among the best laptops under 700 Dollar tested here.
Mobile as usual
Mobility is the big issue with the new Swift models from Acer.
This is particularly evident in the Acer Swift 5 with a 14-inch display, because at only 1.9 lbs. it is lighter than a large part of its 13.3-inch competitors.
The Acer Swift 3 doesn’t have the big wow effect, but mobility is still anything but bad.
The laptop weighs only 1.7 kilograms, which is quite acceptable for a 15.6 inch device – especially in view of the long battery life.
The Acer Swift 3 lasts well over 11 hours in simulated office mode with occasional thinking and coffee breaks, as well as with continuous video playback, a great score compared to the best laptops under 700 Dollar.
In the battery test PCMark 8, which simulates a common, demanding use, the battery life is a very good 6:22 hours.
As usual from Acer, the workmanship and ergonomics turn out excellent. Both in silver and gold, the Swift 3 with its polished metal chassis looks very high-end.
The keyboard reacts reliably and offers a short stroke distance with crisp counterpressure.
Only the somewhat rickety sound looks cheap.
We don’t find any criticism points in the mouse replacement: It turns out big, doesn’t stick and converts inputs quickly.
Kaby-Lake architecture for the second best laptops under 700 Dollar
An Intel Core i5-8250U based on Kaby-Lake, which clocks with 1.6 to 3.4 GHz and is accompanied by 8 GByte DDR4 RAM, provides sufficient power in everyday life.
In addition to office and internet tasks, the performance is sufficient for smooth streaming and smaller image and video editing.
Even a round of Hearthstone or League of Legends is no problem with the integrated graphics unit.
A fast SSD with 256 GByte storage space ensures short loading times during system and program start.
There is no separate HDD with additional memory, but the SSD is fast enough compared to the best laptops under 700 Dollar.
Instead, numerous external data carriers can be connected via the SDXC card slot and the four USB ports (1x USB type C, 2x USB 3.0, 1x USB 2.0).
The desktop can be transferred to a beamer or external monitor via an HDMI output.
Like the Swift 5 series, the Acer Swift 3 also has a fingerprint scanner and an illuminated keyboard.
Wireless communication is via Bluetooth 4.0 and WLAN-ac; a LAN port is not available.
Nice display with upgrade option for the second best laptops under 700 Dollar
Acer continues its mobility course and gives the Swift 3 a matt panel with a maximum brightness of a good 269 cd/m².
Thus, nothing stands in the way of working outdoors even on sunny days.
The chessboard contrast of 218:1 is also excellent. If the resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels on the 15.6 inch screen isn’t enough for you, Acer alternatively offers a variant with a UHD panel.
This also offers a larger SSD and a stronger CPU, but costs considerably more.
Verdict: Best price-performance ratio among the best laptops under 700 Dollar
The Acer Swift 3 only just misses a very good overall rating in the test and doesn’t allow itself any weaknesses in any rating category.
The computing performance is very good with Intel’s tenth Core i-generation processor.
The laptop stays pleasantly thin and light.
A very good price estimate is given due to the rather low price.
Third Best Laptop under 700$: Dell Inspiron 15
- Powered by a Core i5 processor
- Great battery runtimes
- Great big widescreen to work on
- Good price performance ratio
- Glossy plastic chassis
Third best laptop under 700 Dollar
The Dell Inspiron 15 is quite lavishly equipped in this configuration.
The core is the Intel Core i7-8550U, which clearly outshines previous generations with 4 cores and a turbo clock rate of up to 4.0 gigahertz.
Even demanding users will hardly lack performance here.
Added to this is an opulent 16 gigabytes of RAM and an SSD, which is very large with 512 gigabytes of storage space.
Further equipment highlights are the 360° hinge and the touch display, because the device can not only be operated with a finger, but also used as a – admittedly quite large – tablet.
The connections are of notebook standard: 2 x USB 3.0, 1 x USB 2.0, HDMI, webcam, SD card reader and a backlit keyboard, great equipment for the third best laptop under 700 Dollar.
What we do not like so much for the third best laptops under 700 Dollar
We are missing an Ethernet connection and a fingerprint reader in the connections.
Although Dell hasn’t built an extra slim display frame into this device and thus the case is wide enough, a number pad is unfortunately not built in.
The rest of the keyboard also leaves mixed feelings.
The surface is slippery and overall there is a lack of feedback.
The clickpad is first and foremost very good, but the heavily roughened surface can irritate the finger too much after prolonged use.
The display also leaves mixed feelings.
Resolution and viewing angle stability are good, and the chessboard contrast (simultaneous display of light and dark screen contents) is excellent.
Unfortunately, the touch panel is equipped with a strongly reflective glass layer and the brightness of around 240 cd/m² is acceptably bright, but too dark, especially in connection with the reflective surface.
A coverage of the sRGB color space of 62.4 percent shows that the colors are also rendered rather pale.
All best laptops under 700 Dollar that are at the same price level hardly differ from each other at first glance.
For around 600 Dollar you usually get a Core i5 processor, a midrange graphics card like the AMD Radeon R7 M265, a hard disk with 1 terabyte memory and a 15.6 inch display with 1366 x 768 pixels – just like the Dell Inspiron 15.
The differences lie in the details – and there the Dell notebook sometimes surprises and sometimes disappoints.
Light and shadow in the configuration
The flat housing is a positive feature – which in turn forces you to do without a built-in DVD burner, which no longer fits in there.
The Inspiron 15 gets further plus points for its stable keyboard, whose keys have a clear pressure point – not a matter of course even on a notebook for 600 Dollar.
Good and bad also mix in the equipment:
The Inspiron 15 comes with two USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0 port – in some notebooks in this price range the ratio between the new and old USB version is reversed.
However, the network card only works with Fast Ethernet speed – but even cheaper laptops have Gigabit LAN on board, not as good as the equipment in the best laptops under 700 Dollar in this review.
There is no criticism of WLAN, however: the Inspiron 15 has an Intel WLAN module that works according to the current 11ac standard.
Performance suitable for everyday use – except for games
With the Core i5-4210U and 8 GB RAM, the speed of the Dell notebook is sufficient for everyday applications.
However, a hybrid hard disk would give the computing power even more wings – especially in image and video editing, where the Core i5 is somewhat weaker than a higher clocked Core i7.
With the faster processor, the Inspiron 15 costs around 680 Dollar.
Dell relies on the AMD Radeon R7 M265 with 2 GB DDR3 memory as GPU – but only with a 64 bit wide memory interface.
Most current games therefore don’t run smoothly even in medium details in the fairly low display resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.
For older games the GPU performance is sufficient, though. This is the case for all best laptops under 700 Dollar.
The display isn’t a highlight anyway:
The brightness turns out average, the contrast is moderate.
For indoors in an ergonomically illuminated office this is fine.
In brighter surroundings you can only see a little on the reflective display.
In the battery test, the Inspiron 15 performs very well with just under seven hours of battery life.
It also weighs only 2.28 kilograms.
Verdict: Third best laptop under 700 Dollar
The notebook Dell Inspiron 15 is rather mixed in the test and therefore only achieves 73.2 of 100 points.
In the lab, the test candidate convinces in the rating categories performance and equipment – here we see the notebook’s highlights, as it offers good, powerful components and a large memory capacity for the price.
In terms of mobility, the notebook can’t score great points due to the rather small battery.
Considering the performance and features, the notebook is quite interesting in terms of price, but as soon as all our rating categories are included in the calculation, the price-performance rating is only average.
Final Verdict: Best Laptops under 700$
All in all, all of the tested laptops here earned their rank in our best laptops under 700 Dollar list.

6 tips for choosing a new laptop under 700 Dollar
Especially when buying a notebook, it is crucial to inform yourself well in advance about the current offer – after all, the devices are sometimes quite expensive.
In order to protect you from making a bad buy, we offer you the best possible purchasing advice and numerous tips on what to look out for when making your choice.
The first thing you need to know The terms laptop and notebook usually mean the same thing these days.
In the past, laptops used to be significantly heavier and larger than handy notebook-sized notebooks, but now advanced technologies are making it possible to produce significantly slimmer and at the same time more powerful devices that no longer need to weigh much.
Which laptop should I buy, which is the best laptop under 700 Dollar?
When choosing a suitable laptop, you should first ask yourself a few questions:
What size do I prefer in order to work comfortably and efficiently with the programs that are most important to me?
Those who mainly write e-mails and do research on the net usually get along well with a small screen size – users of editing programs or image processing software as well as gamers on the other hand need a larger display in order to work or play comfortably.
There are also significant differences in weight – when advising on how to buy a laptop, the weight of the device also plays a role.
If you plan to use your laptop frequently when travelling, it may be advisable to choose a particularly light model.
Business laptops are therefore the ideal companion when you are on the road.
On the other hand, if the laptop is only placed on the desk, it may weigh a little more.
Heavier models are usually characterised by a larger screen, special cooling, a drive and additional connections – but these features are increasingly being dispensed with in favour of a lighter design.
Of course, the price shouldn’t be neglected when buying – a cheap laptop for simple needs is available from just a few hundred Dollar, but for outstanding processor performance, top graphics and first-class multitasking capabilities you can quickly spend over 1000 Dollar.
But even with cheap laptops, the following applies:
Make sure you have at least 4 gigabytes of RAM, otherwise applications are rather cumbersome to use, especially under Windows 10.
In general, a NAS hard drive is useful to avoid burdening your laptop with content that you rarely use, but which requires a lot of space, and to back up private files such as photos, videos and documents.
Laptop sizes: These are the most common sizes for the best laptops under 700 Dollar
Nowadays laptops are available in various sizes and for every need.
However, if you plan to work on your laptop frequently and for long periods of time, the screen size should be at least 13 inches to save your eyes and nerves.
The Macbook Air from Apple with retina display, for example, is practical and functional.
Even easier on the eyes is possible with the 14-inch and 15-inch screen sizes.
The Lenovo Yoga Notebook is particularly noteworthy here.
An Amazon buyer praises:
“It looks really high-quality and noble and runs perfectly! It is super handy, light and very thin, so it fits in any bag. Switching between notebook and tablet mode is super easy and the touchscreen is also very easy to use”.
If you usually use the laptop in the same location, you might consider a large 17 inch model.
The Lenovo Gaming Netbook with a fast Intel Core i5 processor is especially suitable for gamers.
Gaming laptop: These features are crucial for the best laptops under 700 Dollar
Those who want to use their notebook for gaming attach great importance to first-class graphics, smooth gaming pleasure and possibly also good sound.
A reliable gaming laptop is therefore in a higher price range in most cases. But the Acer Ultra i7, which looks great with the NVIDIA Geforce MX 150 2GB GDDR5 graphics card and features an Intel Core i7 processor for fast, smooth gaming, is not just for gamers but for demanding laptop users as well:
“To have it all, to play games, surf the web fast, watch movies and more,” according to reviews of the product available on Amazon.
With an average battery life of seven hours, the gaming laptop can also keep up with other office laptops.
In this context, Bluetooth mice are particularly suitable for gamers.
The Acer Nitro 5 in gaming look is just as functional and reliable.
It delivers fast performance and razor-sharp images thanks to the Full HD display.
Ultrabook: The most important advantages
Ultrabooks are thin and light notebooks with Intel processors.
The devices have a long battery life, deliver good performance and allow a quick change from standby to active mode.
Many of them can also be used as tablets.
Manufacturers like Lenovo, Asus, Dell, but also HP offer ultrabooks – for example, the ultrabook LincPlus P1 is suitable for daily use as an office notebook.
“It boots quickly, starts applications pleasantly fast and can be operated flawlessly,” concludes one buyer.
Because of its low price and low weight, it is particularly suitable as a laptop for students who have a low budget but cannot do without a mobile workstation.
Laptop up to 300 Dollar: What good are cheap devices?
A laptop for less than 300 Dollar can seem like a real bargain at first glance – but you should keep in mind that such cheap models can also have weaknesses in performance.
If you want to use many applications at the same time, use the laptop for gaming or run elaborate editing programs, you’ll quickly reach the limits of a 300 Dollar model.
For everyday office work, however, cheap laptops are always sufficient.
The Lenovo notebook proves to be an inexpensive and fast running laptop.
The fast Intel dual-core processor as well as 8 gigabyte DDR4 RAM enable fast and stable work.
In addition, the device is light and quietly cooled.
Laptop or tablet – can’t you do both?
Laptop and tablet can be of great use in everyday life – while one is great for working, writing and surfing, a device with touch display is ideal for creative tasks or streaming movies and series.
Especially when travelling, the question often arises: What do I take with me to be as flexible as possible?
To be able to use the advantages of both devices, the purchase of so-called convertible notebooks is recommended.
They offer the possibility to remove the keyboard or to flip it over so that the laptop can be turned into a tablet.
These models are a great alternative to the regular best laptops under 700 Dollar we presented in this review.
The ingenious hybrid technology can be seen for example in the Acer Switch 5: The 12.2-inch Full HD display with multi-touch function can be detached from the keyboard.
The USB 3.0 port, the integrated webcam and a MicroSD card reader also come in handy in this model.
